I would give it a 0 but it’s not an option. They kick you out of your account after you’ve had it for 20 years so you can’t sign in because naturally you don’t know your password and the recover email is old as well. If you’re unable to recover the account they try to charge you to simply speak with a human. I’ll never use yahoo again lol good job.
