Be more transparent about payments

The products may be okay, but I have found the payment and management side of it a bit deceiving. Things (like the OTC bundle) seem to be added on ‘somehow’ and then is very difficult to remove. Also- they put the prices as monthly, but you get 3 months up front … fine if you know how much you are paying, but I have had payments go through that I haven’t approved (no, I’m not talking about subscription refills).

If you need help changing your treatment from the bundle to the treatment only, we would be happy to assist you with the steps to do this. Depending on the treatment one bottle is enough for 2-3 month of usage, we apologize if that was not clear.
