insurance great, bad taste is gone!
Just been contacted via Homeprotect complaints team I cannot rightfully leave a 1 star.
The money taken was refunded back at a later date due to being on the next statement i had missed this. It does just seem silly that its gotten this far when all someone had to say was it was already refunded on x-date.
My complaint was dealt with in a kind and professional manor, and more than agreeable Outcome. They had picked the complaint up via Trustpilot so it shows they do really listen/care.
Faith restored.

Years insurance great! no issues :) then 2 months after lapsing the policy to go elsewhere, I get sent a credit agreement to sign - look at my account and the first payment has come out which I had missed.
Called customer service spent ages getting through - no issues with waiting the first time I get it can be busy. Get through to Sara? maybe Sarah line was a bit crackled, they advised me yes my policy is cancelled this was a system error in Jun - Aug policies - they can ensure me nothing will come out my account, I advise her it already has, id like this refunded but got hung up on/line dropped - no attempt to call me back which is very poor, now I tried the Chat on the website - still hasn't connected through to someone. and am back on hold. Great experience.
