I liked the communication from the company. The ordering process and proofing was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, the Large shirt/hoodie I ordered was a small medium and doesn’t fit. Also, I ordered two hats with same logo and the stitching on each was different. One looked good, one had some dropped stitches. So overall a slightly better than average experience. Probably just need to ask more questions about what I’m ordering and the stitch quality ahead of time.
