Very poor customer service. Did not solve the issues of 1: failure to deliver the ordered items on time. It takes 43 days before I received the ordered items. 2: Sent the wrong dress ordered. 3: Faulty ordering system. The featured item that was ordered was not delivered. 4: Help and sales representatives denied their failures and mistakes. 4: Sent damaged dress. 5: Very poor quality control. 6: Will not pay for shipping costs for returning the wrong items.

However, you said you didn't receive it.
