I ordered a mppt controller which was supposed to be delivered today. It wasn't even though i was given two delivery times it would not have mattered as there was someone waiting all day. I was then told they had attempted to deliver it. They hadn't.
I was then told they would try again on Monday. Now i am being told they won't even message me until next Wednesday, a full week after it should have been here. I would never use this company again and would advise others to keep away.

Couple of points to address.
1. You didn't order a MPPT Controller it is actually a PWM and they are completely different.
2. You ordered on the 16th September and took the free delivery which is within 3 days (so on or before 19th). No next day postage was selected or paid for. Evri actually tried to deliver this the next day (17th) (so a couple of days ahead of the predicted timescale) at 18:06 but the address was a business address and was closed - so had you have been in you would have had the item. You then emailed us demanding the item, we actually responded to you at 22:50 as you had emailed that many times it flagged our servers that this was an urgent matter. We responded and received a very curt email from you. We have explained that Evri will try to deliver the item again today but you are still not happy? Even though if you receive it today it will still be 1 day before the predicted delivery date? We have never sent any emails saying we wont message you until next Wednesday so I am unsure where that information is coming from. You are having this item delivered to a work address, Evri is clear they deliver 0800-2000 so that address has to be able to receive deliveries between those times.
