Was asked to leave a 5 star review by the advisor, while I was on call and verbally directed how to do so while on the phone being urged to just complete the review befor I hung up. Was then sent an email specifically asking for a 5 star review. The service itself is fine once you get to a human advisor. I didint choose this company, I was passsd over to them when yhe previous company folded. I had to seek finacial assitance due to massive debts mounting up from years of a custody battle while being a lone parent, so stressful. If you have any issues as life changes over such a long time this company will start to bombard you with phone calls at inconvenient times. Won't leave voicemails to explain why they are still calling; inconsistent when you email them and assure you in writing they are dealing with things but still call randomly. Also after you do call them and are assured they are working woth you and updating your circumstances, you will still get emails and text messages afterwards asking you to call them. The advisor I recently spoke to was pleasant enough, and basically did their job and was helpful in that way but isn't that the bare minimum to expect?
Honestly felt co-ercive and disingenuous to be then hand held and told how I should write a review and specifically make sure its 5 stars because 'It would really help them'.
