This company’s company service is right out of Ritz-Carlton’s playbook. I purchased 10 tees that after washing, just didn’t feel like the original tees I ordered last year. Looking closer into it, I noticed I purchased the wrong material. I reached out to the company via instant message hoping I could get some sort of credit. I didn’t think I could return them after washing. Within minutes, the agent had 10 of the right material tees shipping out at no charge to me. The new tees were double the cost, but that didn’t matter to the company. They just wanted to ensure my satisfaction with their product. Absolutely outstanding customer and will definitely order many more items.
