Cash Back Missing for Valid Item
I submitted five items yesterday from Safeway for rebate and I only got credit for four. I missed out on the Mid-week $5 bonus for submitting 10 rebates. I am missing $.50 for Fancy Feast Broths because I got the Chicken and Vegetables flavor and the barcode says it doesn’t match and this barcode has been sent for review already. The offer clearly states that it is good on ANY VARIETY for 1.4 oz only. My purchase meets the requirements. Now i have to go buy one more thing just to get my $5 bonus. I have tried to find how to submit my missing money but I find myself in a loop because when I try to submit the barcode it says that it was already been submitted and doesn’t match. This is bogus! Do better iBotta and read the description of your offers before denying cash back.
