Disappointed
I have been a loyal customer for a few years as love the brand and the founder. Purchased quite a few products online and in some of their shops.
Recently have been extremely disappointed with their customer service. Not the level you expect from a premium brand. Purchased 2 items from their website on 31st August. Received only 1 item from their order on the 6th September. Emailed customer service team the same day and no response. The following week I called 3 times on different days to report the issue and to get an update and still no news. They have raised the issue with the warehouse that still has not come back and they cannot call or chase as the warehouse does not have a tel number and is too busy. Customer service team promised to come back and still no news. I am out of pocket for £300 item which should have been delivered 2 weeks ago. Not acceptable service level. A few more days and will be contacting my credit card company. Beware. Really disappointed. When you shop at premium brands like this the last thing you expect to waste your time like this chasing your order and speaking to unhelpful customer service who have no idea where your order is and is unable to find out.
