Just awful

Just awful. Booked 24 hours in advance . Recieved confirmation of pick up and then in the morning no ride. I called and was told no cars were in my area. I figured as much for a 5am pick up which is why I booked in advance ! No car , no customer service , no refund (paid 200 ) ,missed non refundable flight. Worst expirence ever with ride share. You are a sham business. Put yourself out of your misery.
