I bought the Novis seat a few months ago and overall, love the chair, but I didn't like the stiffness of the butterfly the tilt mechanism. I reached out to the company to explain my issue and they were very responsive, helpful and provided information on the differences in tilt mechanisms. The tilt mechanisms are interchangeable and they provided me with a low cost way to swap it out. Great chair design, they are well made and great customer support. Would buy again.
