Great customer service by Stephanie Curry, Financial Mgr, Weatherford Branch; and by Jovita Piedra, Ft Worth Branch, Loan Specialist. Stephanie Curry was very kind and assisted me with changing all my account names to ensure smooth transactions. Jovita called several times to see how our search for a downsized home was going. Overall, I bank with EECU not for convenience, as I live 120 miles away, but for the outstanding customer service and EECU’s ability to give me great service and rates.
