The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how simple they made it. Explaining things in a simple, straightforward way shows they truly know their job and care about making it easy for customers. I hope they keep up this excellent level of service for everyone who comes after me.
