First, the shoes are really special and my husband loves them. Second, when a snafu occurred in shipping it was a nail biter yet ultimately they arrived in time for our son’s wedding with the Bown CEO personally involved and helpful. Bown came through and delivered (literally) great service and product. .

The shoes have not arrived. Customer services takes days to respond. Shipping made a mistake and didn't pay international fees and allegedly DHL is holding the package but I have not received any communication from DHL. I would not recommend Bown at all.

We sincerely apologise for this issue caused by DHL. We have issued a full refund and as you are aware have been in contact with you to resolve this situation.
We believe in making things right with our customers. Accordingly we have sent you a replacement pair of shoes free of charge.
