Their customer service is top notch. 👌

Dude, I got the phone case for my S25 Ultra back in February, and now it's August, so it's got some wear and tear. The soft parts are kinda ripping a little. I hit up their customer service, and they were super helpful! They're sending me a whole new one, and get this, I told them how stoked I was 'cause my volume button just fell off, and they hooked me up with a bunch of colored replacements for later.
