My canvas had some creases and I was disappointed. There was a link on the website to contact the company.
I’ve used these links in the past with other companies with little or no luck.
Figured Art responded quickly and gave me a couple of suggestions to try and to let them know if they worked.
A quick pass with an iron and all is well.
Figured Art reached out to me two days later following up to make sure I was happy and if not they would work with me.
You don’t see this type of customer service much these days.
