The umbrella and stand I ordered from Midtown Umbrellas arrived in severely damaged packaging. The umbrella is missing a tiny, yet crucial, part. The umbrella stand has a slow leak. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times. They don’t answer the phone and don’t reply to emails. They also disable comments on their social media posts. It’s impossible to reach them, unless you call the sales number, and the sales people refuse to answer customer service questions.
