I ordered a personalized necklace with a birthstone and paid 7€ extra for it to arrive earlier. But they don’t write in the description that it takes 2-5 days extra to produce. So the necklace came too late and it was also the WRONG stone.
And the costumer has to pay for sending it back and only gets 70% of the prize originally paid. So almost nothing.
I ordered there before. Same thing. Also the wrong personalized items.
