I ordered a personalized necklace with a birthstone and paid 7€ extra for it to arrive earlier. But they don’t write in the description that it takes 2-5 days extra to produce. So the necklace came too late and it was also the WRONG stone.
And the costumer has to pay for sending it back and only gets 70% of the prize originally paid. So almost nothing.
I ordered there before. Same thing. Also the wrong personalized items.

Gentle, subtle. You can't see My children's names are not visible at all, very shallow and without blackening like in the photo.

I ordered on 13th December a weekender bag with extra express delivery costs of € 29,- for delivery within 2-4 days to Austria. I received the product on 24th December!!! And today I received an incoice about € 20,- from Fedex for customs duties. So I paid almost € 100,- for this rather small bag.

They let me pay 26,-€ for express shipping to Germany (2-4 days) it tooks so much longer I‘m so disappointed. I payed that amount of money because I needed the package in a short time!!

I ordered a necklace but you can't even read the words on it plus it's spelled wronge! And it was supposed to be a present. I have wrote a e mail but no one responds back! I'm very disappointed

I ordered and payed a very fast delivery. It was a present for a wedding. It came almost two weeks to late. We already came back from the trip to the wedding. So useless present. I wrote the costumer service that I payed a lot for fast delivery, they just answered that they don't understand the problem. Disappointing.

I'll give 4 Star only because I thought that it was just a bit bigger. All the rest is great 😊

Easy top create. Unfortunately you can't change anything after you've put it into shopping bag. If you want to change something, you have to delete it and start again from the beginning

I ordered the photo necklace which you can unscrew and put hair of your pet in. It was the exact picture that I sent. However one of my cat´s ears had fallen off... the necklace itself is lovely material.

I also ordered the glass coffee jars with pictures of my cats. Assuming they would (same as the necklace) take the picture and put it on there. However it was more like a drawing/cartoon. Two of them looked like the pictures the other two looked more like dogs....
The product quality is great as is the shipment, but the pictures printed on them not so much. It´s a hit or miss.

Der Pullover ist sehr Dünn und macht keinen wertigen Eindruck.
Als Geschenk leider eher ungeeignet.

Do not order here, it's a complete scam. I ordered one of their dog drawing sweatshirts. The colour, size, quality and print(!! should have been embroidery) were completely off. Not at all what is advertised. This was a Christmas present, but I can't give something like this as a present.

Paid €28 for express delivery but received the order after one week also there was no response from them when I tried to contact them.
After all of that I got a letter from the border agency to pay €10 which wasn’t mentioned.
The quality as well wasn’t worth it at all.
