I was unsure whether it was a trustworthy site, but after reading many positive reviews I decided to make a purchase for a YSL bag. From the start, the customer service was excellent! They knew I was having troubles completing my purchase and they reached out to me via text to help me resolve the issue. After completing my order, I received many emails updating me on order and delivery, so I never felt concerned about my purchase. I just received my bag yesterday and it is gorgeous! VERY high quality, soft and supple, and came with dust bag and box. I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!!
