The process is very unclear online and very different from reality.
We waited 15 days for desktop valuations to come into them. A surveyor was sent to measure and check property but not to place a value on it.
Even after me sending all my valuations received they compared to extremely different properties.
They came in at less than 40% of market value and not the initial 72% offered
I would think twice.
Literally left it to the promised completion day to throw this curveball.
