We had an immediate, friendly and helpful response to our order. We had quite a lot of correspondence and a deadline to meet. This was all dealt with by Liam Benson with professionalism, courtesy and very speedily. In the end, despite ordering rather late for our deadline, Liam went above and beyond to ensure the excellent product - some congratulatory mugs- Cambridge Mugs with our custom design - were delivered in time for a very successful event. Everyone was delighted.
