My delivery date was delayed more than once, which was negative - that's why I take one star. On the other hand, all my questions were always answered quickly, both before the purchase and mainly to offer transparency about the delay and updates on the delivery. Scribe was not guilty on the delay either... typical issues of Chinese supply chain.
About the product quality I can only evaluate after using it - so far the visual and touch impression is great!

I'm sorry you experienced some delays with the dispatch of your wheelset, this is most rare for us.
We're receiving new stock deliveries every couple of weeks, Gregory, so it's extremely unusual for us to be out of stock for any more than two weeks.
We have great relationships with various manufacturers all over the world, and they make our rims and hubs to our own individual designs and specifications.
When you ordered from Scribe, you chose wheels that have been fully designed by us in-house and extensively tested in the wind tunnel and in real-world conditions.
We're not like other brands on the market who just add their brand name to already existing wheel components. We're constantly improving and refining our range so we can bring you the best possible Road and Gravel wheels.
I'm pleased to hear that, despite the slight delay with your wheels, you were happy with how quickly we answered your questions and kept you up to date about the reasons for the unexpected and unusual delay.
