Onboarding a new client

While onboarding a new client into Gusto, I've received several follow-up calls to assist due to the fact that my new client hasn't yet determined when they will start payroll, as they aren't paying payroll at all currently, although they hope to begin soon. Gusto staff have been patient and helpful.
