I’ve been with The Mortgage Store for over 2 years now, and this time round I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jo Bavister as my mortgage advisor. Honestly, I can’t thank her enough. Things got really stressful with my solicitor, but Jo stepped in, took over all the communication, and genuinely had my back every step of the way. She was always there, keeping me updated, making sure I felt supported, and I honestly don’t think I could have got everything sorted without her.
