You place and order for extra paint. They charge you. Week go by, nothing happens. You contact them multiple times, to be told that they can’t fulfil your order 👎

We’ve fully refunded your order and also reached out by email to offer you a discount so you can place your first paint by number order with us and try our product.
To give a bit of context: for extra paint kits, we normally ask customers to provide photos of the canvas so we can ensure the colors match as closely as possible. This avoids disappointment with mismatched results. In your case, we later discovered the painting was not from our brand, which meant we couldn’t guarantee a proper color match. Even with our own products, slight variations can occur between production batches, and we never want to risk sending something that wouldn’t meet expectations.
That said, we recognize that our communication could have been faster and clearer, and we’re sincerely sorry for the time you lost in the process. We’d love the opportunity for you to try one of our own kits — which come with a wide range of paints and a guaranteed quality finish — and this is why we reached out with our offer.
