There were manufacturing issues with 2 radiators out of 4, but the costumer service handled the problem very professionally

Just received a brand new cast iron radiator from Bathroom Takeaway and was shocked to find it full of metallic debris and tiny steel balls inside. If this went unnoticed, it could cause serious damage to a heating system. Very poor quality control for a product that should arrive clean and ready for safe installation.

Updated: the issue was rectified very quickly and the radiators were replaced. It was a very unfortunate situation but because how the costumer service handled the problem I would definitely recommend this company in the future.
