Extremely frustrating product
Extremely frustrating product. I have 20+ TRV in my apartment, and there is literally not a single day, where I do not have some kind of error and/or low battery in one of them. Despite just having replaced the batteries, etc. So, I would suggest going for more serious manufacturer to save yourself some nerves. Not something I was expecting, when I spent so much money on a system. That is in addition to extremely poor 3rd-party API support. They will tell you that is was never official support, but ignoring blatantly the fact, that the users do research before buying their products.
All in all, bad experience.

Regarding the API support, there is sadly nothing we can do at the moment to change this for you.
