Decently fast and reliable internet. Good in the country, but on the intenational level there is a lot to be desired - the internet could be unlimited like how it is in many countries, the prices per gigabyte here are one of the highest. Could be nice to have a plan with both high intenet *and* mobile capabilities - you offer decent phone plans with stupidly low internet and internet plans with no phone availability whatsoever. Why not offer both for those who need it? Also, make cancelling a plan available via support/website/app once the contract expires. If the contract expired - stop it and let me renew it myself when I want to.
