this is the worst run company I have…

this is the worst run company I have ever dealt with.
Run don't walk away from using this company.
It is impossible to get someone on the phone that knows what they are doing. The lack of knowledge and simple understanding of questions is next level.
The department and divisions have no idea what they are doing. There are way to many silos and nobody knows what to do or how to help. The easiest fix is to have someone assigned to the client and resolves any issues from start to the end. The constant calling and explaining to them the same issues is mind numbing.
