Don't use this joke of a company. They contract out to complete useless idiots. Had them replace a battery for my daughter out of state in FL. Guy came and replaced it. Problem now was windshield wipers would get stuck in up position. Multiple calls, no show appointments, and finally a fix that now has the wipers hitting each other. Contractor lies, keeps missing appointments and now seems like a mental case with texts he sends. Now I might have to fly down to make sure he is not a threat to my daughter. Instead of sending someone else out to fix it, 800BATTERY sends this incompetent nut job. Horrible customer service!!

Been over a month since my tickets were sold and no payment for over 1K. All customer service is an overseas call center and worthless. Just keep telling you it is under review. If you want money stolen, deal with Stubhub
