Absolutely terrible service. I went for a DNA test and they failed to handle the BD1 form properly. Instead of sorting it out on the day, they told me to email things myself, which is not court valid. Now they’ve pushed me to travel to Leeds for a new appointment. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

As advised both on the telephone and in person at your appointment, the court issues the BD1 form and there are sections that need completing, including a photograph of the sample donor, before we are allowed to proceed with the sample collection and testing,
As you presented us with a blank form at your first appointment, we were not legally able to proceed with the sample collection.
We were pleased that we had everything we required at your rearranged appointment, and that we were also able to help you with photocopying some of your other documents.
