I’ve just closed my ParentShield account after 4 years, and I wanted to share how good the service has been from start to finish.
It has always been so easy to speak with a real person who could explain everything clearly, their knowledge and patience is commendable, and this level of care has been consistent throughout my time with them.
Now that my child is older and ready to move on to a standard SIM / phone contract, our time has come to cancel, but I genuinely can’t recommend ParentShield highly enough. They combine thoughtful safety features with customer service that shows they truly care about what they do. It’s rare to find a company that leaves you with such a positive impression even at the end of the journey.
