I would like to provide feedback regarding the support structure within the Hotel Reservation Service. There appears to be a lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities when assisting users. In situations where conditions or requirements are ambiguous, there seems to be no designated authority to make final decisions, which creates unnecessary delays and confusion. A clearer escalation path and decision-making framework would significantly improve the user experience."
