I really want to give them a good…

I really want to give them a good review because I’ve always enjoyed their chairs. But when I ordered my last one they sent the wrong one and have been running me in circles for 2 weeks with no sign of anything happening now?

Hi Cal, we're sorry to hear about the mix-up. We understand that your order was delivered to you about 1.5 weeks ago on 30 August, and you've elected to return the incorrect chair that was delivered and receive the correct chair variant instead.

While our support team is usually able to respond within 48 hours, we seek your kind understanding that sending multiple emails or chat updates may cause your ticket to be pushed down the queue as our tickets are sorted according to last update.

We understand that you just dropped the team a follow-up email on 9 September. Please be assured that the team is working as quickly as they can to check on your case and assist you further.
