Customer service might exist, yet doesn't.
Customer service might exist; however, it didn't exist for me, before, during, or after my order, via phone nor email. I figured out the best way to track my package, because the Uoozee site doesn't offer tracker and the Shop app isn't a good source for tracking Instabox.
Shipment arrived, after a couple of weeks. The only thing the dress I ordered has in common with the description is they're both yellow. No asymmetrical hem. No easy pullover. No flowy design. Frankly, I don't want to go through the exchange hassle with Uoozee. Needed this dress for a Bridgerton-themed event, on September 26. Now. I have to spend more money to buy a dress. BEWARE.
