Hi Johann,

We’ve seen your review and we’re sorry for the misunderstanding.
We would like to clarify that your order was actually refunded twice:

First refund – when you requested to cancel a few items before shipment.

Second refund – after you returned the remaining items.

This means there is no missing amount, and your order was handled correctly according to our policy.

We kindly ask you to update or remove your review, as it does not reflect the actual situation and may create confusion for other customers.

We’ve served over 10,000 satisfied customers worldwide.
Only about 1–2% of people leave reviews — usually when something goes wrong.
Trustpilot isn’t truly independent: it’s a paid platform where visibility depends on how much a company pays.

Here’s what they charge:
🔸 Free plan (€0 / per month) → only 50 review invites.
🔸 Plus (€189 / per month) → 200 invites, 8 widgets, basic customization.
🔸 Premium (€369 / per month) → 500 invites, 18 widgets, ability to highlight positive reviews.
🔸 Advanced (€599 / per month) → 5,000 invites, API access, “market insights,” and boosted visibility.

That means companies with “perfect” 5-star profiles are usually on paid plans — not independent ones.
We don’t pay Trustpilot, and we don’t authorize them to represent our brand.
Our genuine feedback lives on Instagram, our website, and through direct customer emails.

If you ever have doubts, just pay with PayPal — you’re fully protected and can open a dispute anytime.
If you don’t trust us, pay with PayPal: you’re protected and guaranteed a refund if scammed.

And by the way — have you noticed that big brands like ZARA, Massimo Dutti, or UNIQLO have around 1.5 stars on Trustpilot? Are they scammers too? Of course not — they just don’t care about paying Trustpilot.
Trust isn’t bought — it’s earned through transparency.
