Willing to be helpful but...
Willing to be helpful but sometimes lacking in control and checks over contractors works. A dedicated Maintenance Manager controlling/checking all contractors/suppliers and their works would be good.
This has been an ongoing problem over the years... date specified below bears no relation to my comments.
