I received a Polar Recovery Ice Bath Tub in April as a present and found it easy to set up and I very much enjoyed using it. In August it began to deflate and I notice a small puncture. I contacted Polar and quickly got a response from Mike who said this was a rare manufacturing issue. After sending proof of the issue he sent to me a Polar Recovery 2.0 Ice Bath Tub the next day.
