I tried modifying my fully refundable 2 bookings at Aloft by Mariott Kuala Lumpur by extending one day i.e. 14/08-18/08 because I had already made two separate bookings one from 14/08-17/08 with breakfast and 17/08-18/08 room only but the same rooms in both the cases i.e. 2QUEEN BEDS

I tried to modify and make it a single booking. MMT showed possible but with a different kind of room i.e 1 KING BED with breakfast for all the days. And they would refund 16000 which made sense because the room got degraded.

But after I made the booking it only got booked for 2 days from 15/08 and I also got the refund 16k but when I went to book again in the remaining dates, it asked for 15000 which is like I modified, I got wrong dates than shown, and paid exactly the same amount for a lower grade room for the same dates like what the hell?
I was already in Singapore when this happened, I WAS STRANDED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY and MMT was unreachable. So unreliable.
Infact even after I came back I reached out to them but it’s been over a month and no response. Never rely on this app.
