The product seems fine. My issue is that Imprint held itself out to be the only company that could meet my deadline, but only if I paid extra. I was happy to pay even though the cost to expedite the order cost more than the order itself. I should have ordered earlier and that was on me. As you may have already guessed, the order was late to me and when I called to complain Imprint refused to refund the cost to expedite. In the end after a back and forth, Imprint agreed to credit half of the cost to expedite. Felt like they should have done more.
