Took my money & sent me a part that wasn’t usable. Refused to replace or refund my money, told me I had to have a dealership confirm it was broken meaning paying more komey

Ordered a part that came defective out of the box. MPG wants me to have a dealership diagnose the part which would cost an hours worth of time before they would replace it. Complete & total money scheme & will never suggest this company to anyone.
