I cannot recommend these pills enough. After taking them for only one month, it’s like a black cloud has left my head. My pmdd symptoms usually lasts for about 1.5 weeks where I doubt just about every aspect in my life, and after taking the ditto pills, these thoughts have completely vanished. I am amazed! Just a note - I started taking the pills in the morning which made me feel nauseous and groggy, so I am now taking them in the evening together with my supper, which is perfect for me. I highly recommend!
