FREE DATE CHANGE SCAM
Booked a ticket from Dubai to India. Booking ID NN2AGBNR23857157084 Non refundable but free date change for which they charged money. Now i wish to change date . No phone numbers working, no email id's provided. Keep listening to the IVR. Call centre people drop calls when to tell them to change dates free of cost. Now they are asking for Rs. 8800 extra as price difference. Online new ticket available at 8600. Cheating people to the core. Dont get trapped. Its a SCAM
