They have my money and i have no product?
I brought MODARO OPEN WARDROBE IN SMOKED in early June of 2025.
It never arrived but each week I would receive a e-mail asking me to accept delivery on a set day, which I did. But still it never came. I contacted them and said each delivery date I was in and waiting for them, and why had it not come.
They didn't answer my question just gave me another date. Near the end of August I gave up and have asked for a refund which they say they have done but no money has come through yet. I am still trying to get my money back. At no point anyone has said sorry and it makes me wonder if this is a real website? Who knows but I wouldn't shop here again.
