If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would, no customer service live chat doesn’t work never any agents available. Phone lines closed. Quick enough to take your deposits no questions asked but if you decide to withdraw your money your instantly asked for the documents which I don’t mind providing to get my money back, but after supplying the relevant documents there’s 1. No email confirmation 2. No idea if they’ve been accepted 3. No idea if I’ll get my money back or any time frames given. If you try and speak to live chat there isn’t any advisors so all you can do is sit and wait to see if you’ll get your money back, I will write a reply to this if I ever get my withdrawal back and if I do get my money back I will be deactivating my account and never using the site again. Please if you’re reading this do not trust and don’t give them any money.
