The chain that came with the pendant isn't the nice one that is pictured with the diamond heart pendant.

Some false advertisement there.

On a recent purchase of a pair of earrings for my wife, there was a stone that fell out as my wife tried them on for the first time. I contacted Voogmechic, and after sending them photos of the problem they told me they were sending me a replacement pair at no cost. I thought this was amazing and unheard of! Such a wonderful company that stands by their product and their customers!
