Worst experience ever, flew in from Sardinia on Monday the 8th of September, waited for my luggage at collection point 6 luggage did not arrive, went to the Ryan air help desk in arrivals only to be met by rude unhelpful and unsympathetic staff, who were unable to help, and that my luggage was not found, refused to help and continued to patronise me saying I could not file a missing baggage report as a member of my family had already left the arrivals area. Absolutely disgusting behaviour of one staff member who claimed to be a supervisor, have filed a complaint with head office, more than 5 passengers were also waiting for lost luggage. Disgusting airline staff avoid at all cost

Worst customer service ever rude unhelpful staff? They do not accept Amex and created a fuss about the credit card uses to make the booking, did not offer reimbursement and did not allow rental of vehicle even though it was already paid for!’ Avoid at all cost! Utterly disgusting experience!
