RUBBISH/NO SERVICE FROM APPROVED CLINIC OR DKV
Went through the DKV app for a consultation, advised what test I needed and was told to find and call a local centre to book myself in. I found a centre, where nobody spoke English, which was OK with my limited Spanish, but exemplified that DKV lies when they say they used providers that speak English. Left my number twice, they said they'd call back to book. Tried whatsapp to contact the centre through the official channels, they responded with 'ask us tomorrow', and I did, a few days later followed up again as no response. Still no response. Called DKV and all they said was it depends on the centre how good they are and i have to keep trying, or try a different centre (which would be 1 hr away as opposed to 10 mins). They take your money and then no responsibility with their approved provider or anything. The insurance is absolutely not worth the paper it's written on!
